I was born in Middlesbrough but spent my childhood moving all over the place due to me having to go into care. I found myself moving to London in 2002 after leaving the Army, where I met my wife. I moved to East Molesey just over 2 years ago with my wife and 3 children. I am now the Caretaker at Chandlers Field Primary School after a 13 year career in the NHS which included working 6 years in Intensive Care at Epsom & St Helier Hospital which was very rewarding. I was first elected as your Councillor in 2023 in a by-election and I was recently re-elected in the May 2024 elections.
East Molesey is a lovely place to live and bring up my children and since I was elected as your representative at Elmbridge Borough Council I have dealt with many issues and I have managed to get a response from the Environment Agency after pressing them on local issues surrounding the overstaying moorings on the River Thames. I will continue to press them to follow up on their promises. I will also work with and support local businesses as well as listen to what local residents want. I shall also put pressure on the water companies who are pumping sewage into our Rivers. I am looking forward to the next 4 years serving you all as your elected representative and working with my fellow Councillors for a better future for East Molesey
